How long does a custom order take?
Standard production + delivery is 12-16 working days, with free delivery Australia-wide. Need it sooner? Express is 5-8 working days for $69.
Is the design really free?
Yes. Upload your logo on Design Your Polo and your fully custom design is ready in about 5 minutes, free. Ask for as many changes as you like — you only pay when you order.
Can you do any design?
Yes. Every polo is fully sublimated, so any design, colour, pattern or gradient is possible — with no limit on colours.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Just 1. You can order a single sample polo, delivered free, to check the quality first. The more you order, the lower the price per polo.
Can I order names and numbers?
Yes, most jerseys and teamwear support individual names and numbers — just let us know when you enquire.
What file format should my logo be?
A high-resolution PNG, JPG or vector file (Illustrator, EPS or PDF) works best. If you're not sure, send what you have and our designers will advise.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we deliver to all Australian states and territories.
How do I pay?
We accept online card payment as well as bank transfer for custom orders. A deposit may be required before production begins.
Can I track my order?
Yes — use the "Track My Order" page with your order number and email, or log in to your account.
